Cameron Bruce, PE, CSP
Mr. Bruce has over 30 years of consulting experience in healthcare compliance, facilities management, safety management, and emergency management.
Since 1987, he has specialized in Environment of Care and Life Safety compliance, safety management, emergency management, and facilities management. Cameron has authored numerous EOC articles for many publications, including TJC Environment of Care Series, TJC Environment of Care News, Inside ASHE, Facility Care Magazine, and the California Society of Healthcare Engineering Newsletter. Cameron has also spoken at many EOC functions in California, as well as EC Summits in Chicago and Las Vegas, the Hospital Fire Marshals Association in Philadelphia and at ASHE conventions.
Cameron holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from Tufts University and is a Registered Professional Engineer, Certified Safety Professional, Registered Environmental Assessor (past), and Certified Energy Manager (past). He is a member of the American Society for Healthcare Engineering and the California Society for Healthcare Engineering.
Ms. Hennessey has more than 25 years’ experience in healthcare communications, document development and emergency management. She is well-versed in CMS, Joint Commission, NFPA, Cal/OSHA, Title 22, NIMS and SEMS emergency management requirements, and has written and edited policy and procedure manuals for many hospitals in several states. She has also been lead author and project manager for several regional disaster plans.
She plans and organizes all aspects of drills and exercises and functions as lead planner, controller, evaluator and hot wash facilitator. She has authored many after action reports.
Sheila’s work also includes preparing orientation, education and training programs and workshops and conducting training sessions.
Prior to Cameron Bruce Associates, Sheila served as Director of Marketing and Communication for the California Division of the American Cancer Society.
Sheila has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles. And is a member of the International Association of Emergency Managers.
