Cameron Bruce, PE, CSP
Mr. Bruce has 29 years of consulting experience in healthcare compliance, facilities management, safety management, and mechanical engineering.

Since 1987, he has specialized in Joint Commission compliance, safety management and facilities management in healthcare facilities. Clients include hospitals throughout California and other states. Mr. Bruce has authored numerous articles for many publications, including TJC Environment of Care Series, TJC Environment of Care News, Inside ASHE, Facility Care Magazine and the California Society of Healthcare Engineering Newsletter. The firm also published the monograph "Control of Tuberculosis" in 1993. Cameron has spoken at many healthcare functions in California, as well as EC Summits in Chicago and Las Vegas, the Hospital Fire Marshals Association in Philadelphia and at ASHE conventions.

Mr. Bruce has a Bachelors Degree in Engineering from Tufts University and is a Registered Professional Engineer, Certified Safety Professional, Registered Environmental Assessor (past) and Certified Energy Manager (past). He is a member of the following associations: American Society for Healthcare Engineering, California Society for Healthcare Engineering, and American Society of Safety Engineers.

Sheila Hennessey
Ms. Hennessey has 23 years' experience in healthcare communications and document management. She is well-versed in emergency management, TJC, Cal/OSHA and Title 22 requirements, and has written and edited policy and procedure manuals for many hospitals in several states. Her work includes both house-wide and departmental manuals. She specializes in Emergency Management, but other subjects include Safety, Security, Engineering, Biomedical, Environmental Services and Telecommunications. She consults to Emergency Management subcommittees; plans, observes, and critiques emergency management drills; and facilitates document management. Ms. Hennessey's work also includes preparing orientation, education and training programs and workshops.

Prior to Cameron Bruce Associates, Ms. Hennessey served as Director of Marketing and Communication for the California Division of the American Cancer Society.

Ms. Hennessey has a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Kapil Khanna, PSM
Mr. Khanna is an experienced professional in the environmental, health and safety field with an emphasis in OSHA compliance (Title 8), hazardous materials/waste management and laboratory facility management. He has developed and implemented hazardous material business plans (HMBPs), environmental permits, safety audits, risk assessments, and employee training programs. He is accomplished at using several software applications to develop complex documents. Prior to Cameron Bruce Associates, Kapil served as the Safety & Environmental Engineer at Greatbatch Technologies, a biomedical company specializing in implantable devices.

Mr. Khanna is a certified Professional Safety Manager with a Bachelors Degree in Environmental Science from San Jose State University, and has dual certifications in Environmental Safety and Health Management from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
